reservation information & booking

Originally owned by the Beni Kedem Shriners, the building was gifted to the Richwood Alumni organization in 1997. The “Alumni Hall” was later gifted to the City of Richwood and then in 2022 the city transferred the building to the Cherry River Foundation.

Features:

  • Full-size four burner gas stove (with oven)

  • Two full-size refrigerators (without freezers)

  • Small square lift lid freezer

  • Approximately 20 large tables

  • Approximately 150 folding chairs

  • Two bathrooms

  • Handicap accessible ramp for building entry

Entry and Exiting Instructions:

The key will be in a lock box on the main door. Prior to your arrival, please text 304-651-8444 to receive that days generated code.

Exiting:

Please be sure to lock the door and put the key back in the lock box once your reservation is finished.

Please take all trash to the trash bin at the side of the building.

Please place all tables and chairs back as they were when you arrived.

Building and contents need to be left in the same condition upon leaving as when you arrived.

Fees:

  • $100 per day

  • $30 cleaning fee per reservation

  • Registered Non-Profits and Churches pay $30 cleaning fee only, no day fee

Payment methods accepted:

  • Check or Money Order

  • Memo line: Alumni Hall Rental

*Date will be held, but not officially booked, until payment has been received.
